Eden Brown has partnered with a leading regional House builder with multiple offices and sites across the country. Demonstrating a great reputation over a long standing history the House builder produces homes to a high standard and is a truly recognised brand within the industry.

An opportunity has become available to join their production team as an Assistant Site Manager working on a variety of sites throughout your career with them but with many sites within the Midlands planned this is an opportunity to remain truly regional for the foreseeable future.

With this pipeline of planned schemes in mind our client is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to report directly into the Site Manager.

As an Assistant Site Manager you will have experience of New Build Housing and be responsible for:

  • Implementing Site Safety, Health and Safety and Environment policies and procedures
  • Directing the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget.
  • Managing site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Ensuring that staff and operatives are managed and led effectively.
  • Meeting 100% compliance with current NHBC standards.
