Eden Brown have partnered with a privately owned house builder operating in the Midlands, North West, North Wales regions. Producing a high quality home utilising years and years of experience from within their vastly knowledgeable team. Inspired by not only on aesthetically pleasing design but also in creating sustainable communities. This has led to an enviable reputation within the industry.

Due to sustained growth and a clear strategic growth plan in place they are seeking a Civil Engineer to be based in their Birmingham office.

You will have previous experience working in the Civil Engineering / Technical department at another housing developer, engineering consultancy or local authority and hold a relevant qualification such as a Civil or Structural Engineering degree. All levels of experience will be considered for the position from 2 years plus.

As a Civil Engineer you will be experienced in:

Road and infrastructure design for residential development schemes

Drainage design experience using Microdrainage and AutoCAD

Experience in dealing with S278, S38, S104, S106 agreements

Liaising with local authorities, water authorities, contractors and consultancies

Site coordination and project management

A broad understanding of civil, structural and architectural aspects of development projects
