Job description

One of our clients is looking for a Project Architect to join their Central London Studio. This is a role for a self -starter who enjoys a mix of both design and construction stages. The correct candidate will be working on a range of residential-led, mixed-use projects.

Skill-set & Experience

Project Architect with minimum five years' post-Part III experience.

A minimum of 3 years experience running medium to large-scale residential projects in the UK

Proven experience of working at RIBA Work Stages 2-6 including leading detailed planning applications

Technical proficiency, with experience of developing detailed design through to construction information

A detailed working knowledge of Lifetime Homes, London Housing Design Guide, London Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance and Technical Housing Standards

Client-facing, with strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to lead a project team and design team meetings

Experience working with Autodesk Revit (2 years minimum), Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign required, with the opportunity for advanced training for the right candidate

Experience of working in the residential, hotel and office sectors would be of benefit

This will be an opportunity within a studio with clear progression.
