Job description

I am looking for Estates Officers across London!

Your purpose is to provide an effective, responsive, customer focused caretaking service for residents and other relevant stakeholders locally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the team's achievement of its objectives, whilst operating in line with organisation values and delivering the highest level of quality and customer service to residents locally.
  • Acting as the face and voice of the Trust with residents, ensuring cleaning, grounds maintenance and minor repairs are carried out in accordance with organisations standards, having regard for resident satisfaction at all times.
  • Ensure own performance contributes towards team objectives and key performance indicators. Liaise with contractors as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with others in the team.
  • Raise repair orders with the Maintenance function as required.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, partners and residents, championing the Trust's values at all times.
