Are you a Senior / Lead or Maintenance Supervisor with an Electrical background?

My client is recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead their team on Mobile repair engineers covering sites across the East Midlands.

Summary of Role:
A pivotal role in the team assisting the Technical Service and Compliance Manager to deliver services Throughout the East Midlands estate. The position will be responsible for the operational delivery of M&E /Fabric works including planned, re-active and small quoted works within the operating region, there will be also be an element of quote writing expected. The successful applicant will assist with the Line Management of a team of mobile engineers to ensure service delivery is to the highest standards and maintained across multiple clients.
Additional responsibilities include Coordinating/chair monthly team progress meetings, ensuring continued compliance with Client and Internal KPI / SLA's, assist with the recruitment and selection of new team members, responsibility for regional H&S and QA compliance, have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to promote the services delivered to the EMR client team and EMR station management teams.

The role is also key to ensuring our sub-contractors are monitored on a regular basis and pre start briefing supported to ensure our sub-contractors are always working safely , including quality checks as required and taking part in sub-contractor meetings.

Essential:
Applicants must have completed a Craft Apprenticeship or equivalent and obtained a pass in City and Guilds 2361 or equivalent and have a good working knowledge of the 18th Edition: Wiring Regulations.
Applicants must have a clean UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:
Experience within the railway environment will be an advantage but is not essential as Personal Track Safety (PTS) training can be provided.
SSSTS or SMSTS
City & Guilds 2391Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
The role may require the candidate to fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator, training will be provided

Relevant Experience:
SSSTS or SMSTS if not candidates would be put through IOSH Managing Safely
City & Guilds 2391Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
Experience within the railway environment will be an advantage but is not essential as Personal Track Safety (PTS) training can be provided. Applicants must have a clean UK Driving Licence
