Job description

Eden Brown is working on behalf of a global facilities management company to recruit a Helpdesk Advisor. You will be employed on a temporary contract with a view of being made permanent. The role is working Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

You must be passionate about delivering an excellent customer service experience as you'll be the first point of contact.

As a Helpdesk Advisor you will manage the day to day operation of CAFM and financial system, liaise and update with key customers and positively respond to internal and external customers through effective communication.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent computer skills with experience in word, excel and outlook and be able to work under pressure with changing demands and priorities.
