	Maintenance Surveyor Voids and Repairs Role based in Worcestershire Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours) Salary circa £33,270 Fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking Housing Association , you'll be working as part of a fabulous team who are passionate about delivering a first-class maintenance solution to their customers. The post involves day to day repairs and voids. About you Minimum HNC in Construction. You will have the ability to manage, control budgets and expenditure with effective time management skills and be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Ideally 2/3 years experience within a social housing environment, however my client is prepare to mould/train the right candidate.
