We are working with an Architecture practice offering a hybrid working model with a requirement to attend the office at least two days per week. This is rare opporunity for an Architect (ARB or overseas) to join a leading practice but not be required to commute into London every day. They specialise in a wide range of sectors, all large scale technical Revit projects, with a focus on Revit-based delivery.

Role Overview:
As an Architect, you will play a key role in design development, project coordination, and team leadership. You will be involved in all RIBA stages (0-7) and help deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design packages across all stages of a project, from concept through to completion.Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless integration of all design elements, including structure, MEP, interiors, and landscape.Produce high-quality project documentation, including GA drawings, specifications, schedules, and visualisations.Participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions.Oversee junior team members, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.


Key Skills & Experience:

Strong technical knowledge of building design, construction, and building codes.Solid experience with RevitExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A central London-based architecture practice is seeking a talented architect to join its mid size team, to work on UK housing projects. They are a fun and focused technical minded team, producing great design led housing projects from conception to completion, all working in Revit.

The Role
This role is ideal for an Architect with a proven track record in housing design and delivery. The successful candidate will be passionate about tackling housing and urban challenges and rethinking how sustainable and well thought homes are designed.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong design skills and a problem-solving mindset
* A portfolio showcasing lots of UK projects, with a focus on stage 4 and 5
* Excellent communication abilities
* A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative
* Proficiency in Revit, with a good couple of years using in practice
* An out-of-the-box thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for architecture
* Must be ARB accredited for this positIon and have right to work in the UK

Opportunity for a passionate BIM Coordinator to join an established BIM team at a leading AJ100 architecture practice. The practice is based in the heart of central London, with excellent transport links, they operate on a clear hybrid basis with the expectation that the team attend office a minimum of 2 days a week promoting a healthy balance. Founded in 1956 the practice has a rich history and global legacy, operating in multiple countries with key studios in the UK, Ireland and UAE. You'd get exposure to a specialist portfolio of projects including aviation, education, rail, hospitality, healthcare, leisure and retail. They design with an emphasis on delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions with expertise focused on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally responsible buildings that meet the complex needs of their clients.

The Role ... the successful BIM Coordinator would be joining to support architectural project teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows, especially Autodesk Revit. They will provide technical support directly to project team members and liaise with the Senior BIM Coordinator and ultimately to the Technical Director (BIM), providing feedback on the team's requirements for training, workflows, or content.

The ideal candidate would be from an Architectural background with familiarity working in a studio environment, with a collaborative mentality to foster a culture of BIM appreciation across the disciplines. Preferably with a minimum of 4 yrs practical industry experience and be confident with responsibilities in the following areas …

Management:

Working knowledge of ISO19650, knowledge and experience of administration of a CDE.

Ability to work with, and understand the information needs of clients.

Assist in - the production of a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), establishing the project teams Responsibility Matrix (MPDT) and the population of a Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).

Produce a BIM modelling standard and generally ensure compliance with project standards.

Chair BIM project and team meetings.

Project team support and training (in-house).

Knowledge and experience in maintaining and delivering project BIM models.

Experience in delivering projects to BIM standards with validation and QA processes is highly beneficial.

Experience with medium to large scale complex projects within an architectural office is essential.

Advanced understanding of volume strategies, clash avoidance strategies, issue management and MEP & Structural coordination management is highly beneficial.

Production:

Setup of a project model (in-house).

Manage the setup of the other project models (supply chain).

Production of 3D model elements.

Production of model outputs.

Assist in the preparation of COBie information.

Production of COBie deliverable.

Manage COBie information and deliverables process (in-house).

Essential Software … Advanced knowledge and experience of Revit and related plugins.

Highly beneficial if you have knowledge or experience in any of the following Softwares …

visual scripting interfaces such as Dynamo, and knowledge of coding.

Navisworks, running clash detection, and producing clash reports.

BIM360 based projects (Docs and Design).

Solibri, running data, geometry checks, producing reports, and creating rules.

Working with point clouds in software such as ReCap Pro.

Bentley MicroStation and AECOsim.

Issue tracking software such as Revizto, BIMCollab and/or BIM Track.

Other software such as Rhino, Enscape, NBS Chorus.
