What you will be doing
* Leading mechanical and electrical design teams on a range of residential and commercial developments
* Managing projects from concept through to completion
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team
* Ensuring design quality and compliance with industry standards
What they are looking for
* Around 8+ years of building services experience, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (essential)
* Proven ability to lead projects and work directly with clients

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept to handover.
