The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring the business remains the contractor of choice for future projects.

Basic salary of £70,000 - £80,000.Highly attractive performance-related bonus scheme.Established client base generating significant repeat business.Supportive and collaborative leadership team.Mature, relationship-focused environment.Excellent autonomy and flexibility.Long-term career progression opportunities. The chance to represent a highly respected business with a strong market reputation.

Why Apply?

For experienced business development professionals who are tired of high-pressure sales cultures, unrealistic KPIs and constant cold acquisition activity, this represents a genuinely refreshing opportunity.

You'll inherit relationships that have been built over many years, work with a respected delivery team and focus on what you do best-developing trusted partnerships that create long-term business success.

This is a position where credibility, experience and relationship-building ability are valued far more than aggressive sales tactics, making it an ideal move for a seasoned professional looking for a rewarding role with substantial earning potential and an excellent work-life balance.
