We've partnered with a boutique Building Services consultancy of around 7 talented engineers, renowned for delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects across London and the Home Counties. This is a practice that takes pride in precision, collaboration, and craftsmanship - with projects that reflect the individuality and luxury their clients expect.

Having met with the Directors, it's clear this is a business built on quality, integrity, and long-term relationships. They're now looking to bring on an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer who is proactive, client-facing, and eager to grow with the firm - playing a key role in its continued success. For the right person, there's a clear route to senior leadership and even partnership.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and delivering high-quality mechanical building services systems for luxury residential projects (e.g., HVAC, MEP coordination, plumbing, energy systems).

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, representing the company with confidence and professionalism.

Collaborating closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other design teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.

Managing projects from concept through to detailed design and completion.

Helping drive business growth through relationship-building and consistent delivery excellence.

What They're Looking For:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.

Around 4 years' experience in mechanical building services (consultancy background preferred).

Proven experience in high-end residential or similarly bespoke projects.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently.

A proactive, confident communicator who enjoys being client-facing and building lasting relationships.

Ambition to grow within a small, dynamic team and contribute to the company's strategic development.
