What they're looking for:
3+ years of Mechanical design experience in a Building Services consultancy.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Data centre experience is a bonus, but not essential. The right attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Comfortable visiting sites and open to developing into a client-facing role (with full support and mentoring).
