They have an exciting opportunity for you to join a highly experienced team working on a variety of interesting and unique projects in and around London,

They are looking for an Estimator / QS with some relevant exposure who can join their commercial team due to internal promotions, you will working closely with their estimators and their Managing Director.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for Interior packages, ensuring cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive project proposals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimates.
- Support commercial team as and when required

- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to maximize project profitability

Requirements:
- Exposure working as an Interiors estimator / QS within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
