Lead sustainable design across iconic developments in the Middle East and beyond.

A rapidly growing global engineering and advisory consultancy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join its team in Dubai. With sustainability at the core of its ethos and projects across the Middle East, UK, Asia and Africa, this firm offers a unique opportunity to help shape net-zero strategies and deliver world-class sustainable developments.

What You'll Do

Lead sustainability projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high technical quality, commercial success and client satisfaction.Manage certification processes such as LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, BREEAM, WELL or equivalent.Develop sustainability strategies, net-zero roadmaps and climate resilience frameworks for major developments.Support proposals, bids and client pitches, helping to win new work and expand services.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.Engage confidently with clients, design teams, authorities and other stakeholders to drive sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Bring

4-8 years of experience in sustainability consultancy.Minimum 1 year working on projects in the Middle East, engaging with local clients, developers or authorities.Expertise in sustainability frameworks such as LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, BREEAM or WELL (LEED AP advantageous).Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing roles.Experience managing both technical delivery and commercial aspects of projects.Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science or related discipline (Master's desirable).Proficiency in Microsoft Office familiarity with InDesign, Rhino/Grasshopper or IES-VE is an advantage.
