An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revit MEP Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy in Oxford. Working alongside experienced engineers and designers, you'll be involved in delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) designs across a diverse range of projects.

Senior / Principal / Associate Mechanical Design Engineer

Looking for a role where you can lead projects, influence clients, and still have a genuine work-life balance?

This is an opportunity to join a growing, design-focused building services consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering across a diverse range of sectors. With ambitious plans and a close-knit team, they're now looking to appoint a senior mechanical hire to play a key role in their Oxford office.

The Opportunity
This role is ideally suited to someone operating at Principal or Associate level (or a strong Senior ready to step up), who wants more ownership, visibility, and progression.

You'll take the lead on projects, act as a key client contact, and help shape the growth of the team - all within a business that genuinely supports its people.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading mechanical design delivery from concept through to completionActing as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationshipsTaking ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomesMentoring and developing junior engineersSupporting team growth and contributing to winning new work


What They're Looking For

Strong experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy)Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed-useConfident leading projects and engaging directly with clientsStrong technical knowledge across HVAC systems and UK regulationsExperience mentoring or managing engineersChartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
