Senior Architect - Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSalary up to £120k (tax free)Permanent Position

Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architect who is either already based in KSA, or looking to relocate for their next career move. Our client is an established, architectural and multi-disciplinary practice with head offices in the UK and Riyadh. They have a steady, expanding pipeline of projects, that has been developed through their collaborative and pragmatic approach allowing them to curate long term client partnerships resulting in consistent repeat business. Their main sectors of work encompass Retail, Aviation, Hospitality and Luxury Residential sectors with projects at a global scale.

For this particular position you would be based in their Riyadh Office (c.100 employees), and would initially step into a high value (2400sqm) private residential development for a prestigious KSA client, with the long term versatility to contribute to other works in the portfolio. The project is currently at outline planning stage, as the Senior Architect you would act as the main project Lead, collaborating with and managing the client, overseeing and coordinating the project as it progress through the stages, and be in charge of the Architectural project team. This is not a production focused role, there is an emphasis on project management and leadership abilities, so candidates should have familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit in order to act as an oversight to review, amend and coordinate packages/drawings as needed for the project.

Main Responsibilities of the Role …

Project Leadership - Lead large scale design projects, ensuring high standards and alignment with the client's vision.Collaboration - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, integrating architectural and engineering expertise to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.Client Interaction - Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback.Team Development - Mentor junior architects, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ideal Skills + Experience …

Architect with a minimum of 10+ yrs industry experience - either UK or Overseas qualified with relevant degree/accreditations.Experience working on High End/ Luxury Residential, or Large Scale/ High Rise or Residential Masterplans in the middle east is essential for this role - General experience in Retail, Aviation or Hospitality Sectors is also a valuable bonus.Leadership abilities - proven track record of project, client and team management, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.Design + Technical expertise - comfortable taking a brief and contributing to design development, familiarity with building regulations, compliance, on site experience.Software - proficienty in AutoCAD / Revit.

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to lead a team on a prestigious luxury residential scheme in Saudi Arabia.

Working for an international design studio that covers a range of project types, you would be based in their Riyadh office (c.100 employees) and initially tasked with leading a large (2400sqm) private residential project currently at outline planning stage. Leading the interiors team you will use your previous experience in this sector to further develop the design whilst liaising with the client and managing the design team and process. You will follow the project up to full construction and then help to develop on other projects in the residential and retail sectors as the company continues to expand and deliver on a strong pipeline of work.

This is a prestigious project working with an award-winning studio. They are looking to meet with applicants who can demonstrate a similarly strong portfolio of high quality interiors from leading and innovative studios.
