The Role
* Lead complex projects and programmes end-to-end
* Manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performance
* Build senior client relationships and identify growth opportunities
* Shape delivery strategy and ensure strong governance
About You
* 8+ years delivering infrastructure projects (water/utilities ideal)
* Strong leadership across multiple projects and teams
* Commercially astute with NEC contract experience
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Chartered (ChPP, CEng, MRICS or similar)

A leading specialist in workplace creative design, space planning, and commercial fit‑out is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join the team on a flexible 6‑month contract. The organisation delivers projects from initial client brief through concept development, detailed design, and final implementation, with a strong track record of creating high‑impact office environments.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a creative, confident, and technically capable designer who thrives in a fast-paced commercial design setting. You will work across a variety of office interior projects, producing innovative concepts and fully detailed technical packages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop conceptual design schemes aligned with client briefsCreate furniture, finishes, and materials specificationsPrepare compelling client presentations and visualisationsProduce detailed construction drawings and setting‑out informationLiaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractorsSupport on-site project installation to maintain design intentAttend showroom visits to stay informed on trends and product developmentsRequirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in an architectural practice or workplace design specialistStrong portfolio showcasing office interior projectsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsConfident presenting design concepts to clientsDegree in Interior DesignTechnical Skills
Fluent in AutoCADStrong visualisation capabilities using relevant softwareWhat We Offer
