An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Architect to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, primarily within existing buildings.
This role would suit an experienced Architect who is confident working with minimal supervision, has strong technical skills and enjoys being involved from concept through to completion.
What we're looking for:
3-10 years' UK architectural experienceQualified ARB Architect / Part IIIStrong Revit skillsNBS Create experienceExperience across RIBA Stages 4-5Strong knowledge of UK Building RegulationsExperience with refurbishments and/or fit-outsExcellent technical drawing and detailing skillsExperience coordinating with contractors on site, as well as liaising with planning authoritiesA genuine interest in the healthcare sectorStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyThe projects are complex, fast-moving and predominantly within existing buildings, so a good understanding of technical compliance, detailing and construction is essential.
This is a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire with no remote working, offering £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience, aligned with the RIBA pay scale.
