We are exclusively partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking building services design consultancy specialising in MEP and Sustainability, to appoint a Director for their thriving Oxfordshire office.
This is a rare and strategic opportunity to step directly into a board-level position, leading an established regional office from Day 1 and playing a key role in the next phase of the company's growth. Long-term, the role offers the potential to progress to equity partnership via subsidiary shares.

Founded by three former leaders from top MEP Consultancies, this business was born from a shared vision to deliver high-quality, sustainable building services design in a collaborative, innovative environment. In just 3.5 years, the business has grown to encompass two successful offices (London and Oxfordshire), a headcount of over 40, and ambitious plans to double in size by 2030.
The Oxfordshire office currently comprises 24 professionals, generating over £2m+ in turnover.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Oxfordshire office
Drive continued growth and performance, both financially and in headcount
Represent the Oxfordshire office at board level and contribute to company-wide decisions
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and consultants
Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEP and sustainability solutions
Collaborate with the London office and wider leadership team to align with business objectives
