The Role

We are looking for a versatile and talented Graphic Designer to take ownership of the design and creation of both static and dynamic visual content that aligns with the company's identity and workplace designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Graphic Design: Design and produce graphics focusing on layout, typography, infographics, and other assets for RFP responses, credentials presentations, and project-related documents. Design and Design Management

Good understanding of Design and the Design process.Manage, with the Design Director / PD, the design to ensure timely production of designs through a tender design release schedule.Drive a statutory compliant, ER compliant and competitive winning design.Periodicity Issue design updates/changes the supply chain to update their technical drawings and or quotes.Periodically update the costs through the design development phase of the project to issue to client and clients professional team.Quickly flag internally errors in the design or potential cost increases.Sanity check the design to ensure buildability.

Building Services (MEP&S) Design

Manage the production and coordination of the MEP&S design.Evaluate the technical aspects of the Project.Focus on competitive design and coordination with other trades e.g. ceilings and partitions.Manage design coordination with Landlord Incumbent Contractors (Fire Alarm/Sprinklers) and Client Direct Suppliers (AV/Furniture).

Supply Chain Management including Subconsultants

Manage the Supply Chain in the preparation of the CSA.Special focus on the Subcontractors with design responsibility; MEP and Sprinklers, Acoustics, Building Services, Fire, etc.Provide assessment of the performance of Supply Chain.

Building Control

Technical Director - Electrical (Building Services MEP)
Location: Guildford
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

Are you ready to lead and inspire within the electrical discipline on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile projects?

An excellent opportunity is available for a Technical Director (or experienced Associate Director seeking a step up) within the electrical team of a prominent, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. You'll join a collaborative and ambitious MEP division, delivering innovative solutions across major sectors including aviation, healthcare, commercial and public infrastructure.

The Role:
* Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to a team of electrical engineers across multiple sites.
* Play a key role in the strategic development and day-to-day management of the regional Electrical team.
* Drive business growth through client engagement, work-winning, and project excellence.
* Manage project delivery from concept through technical design, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation.
* Oversee team performance including pipeline forecasting, budget control, and operational management.
* Work alongside mechanical, public health, BIM and sustainability specialists on integrated design solutions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Current Projects Include:
* International airports
* NHS and private healthcare facilities
* Large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record in a senior electrical role within building services consulting.
* Strong leadership and business development skills with the ability to drive team performance and profitability.
* Broad experience in electrical systems design (LV/HV, lighting, power, controls, etc.) across varied building types.
* Chartered status with IET or working towards Chartership.
* Deep understanding of relevant standards, sustainable design principles, and current industry best practices.
* Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC level).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Director (or experienced Associate Director ready to take the next step) within a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. This role offers the chance to join a high-performing and collaborative team, working on landmark developments across sectors including aviation, healthcare, commercial and public infrastructure.

The Role:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across a team of over 30 MEP engineers.
* Contribute to the direction, performance, and success of the regional MEP division.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, helping to secure and deliver high-profile projects.
* Play a key role in work-winning, financial forecasting, team development and project delivery.
* Collaborate closely with technical specialists including BIM and Sustainability experts.
* Maintain oversight of team performance including pipeline, financials and resource planning.
* Represent the business in key client meetings and act as a trusted advisor.

Projects Include:
* Major UK airports
* NHS hospital trusts
* Large-scale public and private developments

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role within building services (MEP).
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
* Experienced in mechanical, electrical, and sustainable design across various project stages.
* Demonstrable ability to manage and develop high-performing engineering teams.
* Chartered or working toward Chartership with a recognised engineering institution (e.g. CIBSE, IET, IMechE).
* Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC level).
