My client is a Forward-thinking Industry Leading D&B commercial office fit out Contractor who have a healthy order book and due to continued success and are looking to add an experienced and capable Project Manager to join their already successful team.
They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational Project Manager and will offer an excellent package including a progressive opportunity for the right candidate. They are specifically looking for someone to oversee a £4m commercial office fit out.
THE ROLE
The Project Manager will need to be capable of overseeing a Cat B project from inception to completion with support of the commercial team. Your duties will include but not be limited by:
* Overall responsibility for on-site projects from order stage to the completion of defects certificate
* Ensuring client satisfaction and quality finish to improve on customer relationships gaining further works
* Provide a proactive and highly effective service to clients
* Liaison with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders cost comparisons and payments
* Cost reporting to Manager
* Ensuring that all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and the general housekeeping on-site is as expected
* Attendance at site meetings including preparation of all information required
* Ensuring cost and waste control
* Assisting inefficiently in recording all cost variations and the swift conclusion of final accounts
* Be prepared to travel weekly to sites as required

Building Services (MEP&S) Design
Manage the production and coordination of the MEP&S design.Evaluate the technical aspects of the Project.Focus on competitive design and coordination with other trades e.g. ceilings and partitions.Manage design coordination with Landlord Incumbent Contractors (Fire Alarm/Sprinklers) and Client Direct Suppliers (AV/Furniture).
Supply Chain Management including Subconsultants
Manage the Supply Chain in the preparation of the CSA.Special focus on the Subcontractors with design responsibility; MEP and Sprinklers, Acoustics, Building Services, Fire, etc.Provide assessment of the performance of Supply Chain.
Building Control

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate to Associate Director Electrical Engineer to lead on high-profile projects. This role involves both technical and leadership responsibilities within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
General
Provide technical expertise and leadership in mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) projects.
Oversee feasibility studies and direct the production of design specifications.
Act as the key client contact, ensuring project deliverables align with expectations and internal KPIs.
Business Development
Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Promote the firms expertise in the region and contribute to securing new projects.
Management
Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Oversee project resources, team workloads, and contractual agreements.
Lead team meetings to discuss key topics, including staffing, health and safety, training, and company updates.
Your Team
This role is based within a close-knit team working on critical infrastructure projects. While primarily focused on a key transport hub, there is flexibility to work from multiple office locations or remotely. You will report to the regional director and collaborate with a team of engineers and specialists.
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and project delivery.
Expertise in electrical building services design, including UK standards and regulations.
Experience in feasibility studies, concept, and detailed design phases.
