What You'll Be Doing:
Taking the lead on the design and delivery of BMS and smart building systems across commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and data centre projects.

Collaborating directly with clients to translate needs into cutting-edge, user-friendly tech solutions.

Producing detailed technical documentation-think smart building schematics, network diagrams, point schedules, specs, and sequences of operation.

Working across multiple disciplines-BMS, ICT, AV, and security-to build fully integrated building systems.

Representing the business at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Running technical assessments and surveys, and providing strategic, data-led advice.

Supporting commissioning and testing phases-getting hands-on and ensuring performance meets promise.

Helping manage tenders and project reporting to keep everything on track from concept to completion.

What You'll Bring:
Hands-on experience in BMS, smart building design, or building controls-ideally across a variety of project types.

Natural confidence in a client-facing setting-you can present, explain, and build trust with ease.

A proactive mindset-you manage your own workload, own your outcomes, and solve problems before they happen.

Strong technical know-how, with the ability to translate complex systems into plain English.
