THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a senior creative designer to lead early-stage concepts and creative responses for international workplace pitches.

You will help shape compelling design stories, translate client ambitions into memorable environments and lead the creative development of presentations, workshops and competitive submissions.

The successful candidate will combine strong conceptual ability with commercial awareness, confident communication and the ability to guide other designers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead creative design responses for workplace pitches and early-stage projects.
Interpret client briefs and identify strong strategic and creative directions.
Develop concepts, narratives, visual identities and presentation stories.
Lead space planning, material selection and experiential design development.
Prepare and present high-quality pitch, workshop and concept materials.
Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and design presentations.
Collaborate with workplace strategists, interior designers, technical teams and business development colleagues.
Ensure creative proposals are distinctive, relevant and commercially deliverable.
Review and improve presentation content produced by wider project teams.
Direct designers, visualisers and graphic specialists during pitch development.
Mentor junior and mid-level designers.
Manage creative deadlines and maintain design quality during fast-paced submissions.
Support the transition of successful pitch concepts into live project delivery.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Significant professional experience in workplace or commercial interior design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, competitive pitches and completed projects.
Experience leading design responses and presenting directly to clients.
Excellent visual storytelling and design communication skills.
Strong space-planning, concept-development and material-selection capability.
Ability to quickly understand a client organisation, brand and workplace requirements.
Experience directing, leading or mentoring other designers.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
Ability to work confidently across several fast-moving opportunities.
Professional written and spoken English.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE

Experience winning or contributing to major competitive workplace pitches.
Experience working with international, UK or European clients.
Background within a workplace design consultancy or design-and-build environment.
Experience facilitating client workshops and discovery sessions.
Knowledge of workplace strategy, organisational culture and employee experience.
French or Dutch language capability.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an interior designer to support the development and delivery of international workplace and commercial interior projects.

You will contribute across the project lifecycle, supporting concept development, space planning, presentations, Revit modelling, drawing production and FF&E coordination.

This position would suit a creative but technically capable designer who is looking to gain exposure to international projects while working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support workplace and commercial interior projects from concept through to technical delivery.
Produce space plans, test fits and workplace layouts.
Assist with concept creation, precedent research and the development of visual design directions.
Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material palettes and design narratives.
Develop project information using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
Produce plans, elevations, sections and coordinated drawing packages.
Assist with furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment selection.
Prepare finish schedules, furniture schedules and presentation materials.
Research materials, products, suppliers and workplace design trends.
Coordinate design information with technical designers and external consultants.
Incorporate feedback from clients, project leaders and senior designers.
Support the preparation of client workshops and internal design reviews.
Manage individual tasks and deadlines across several projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Qualification in interior design, interior architecture or a related design discipline.
Professional experience within interior, workplace or commercial design.
Strong design, space-planning and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Revit.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and interior detailing.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings and presentations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively with senior designers.
Professional written and spoken English.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE
Experience working on workplace, office, hospitality or commercial interior projects.
Experience supporting UK or European clients.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp or other visualisation software.
Experience preparing technical drawing packages.

We are looking for a technically capable designer or BIM coordinator to support the delivery of international workplace and commercial interior projects.

You will work closely with interior designers, project leaders, consultants and construction teams, translating design intent into coordinated Revit models, technical drawings and construction information.

This role would suit someone who combines strong Revit capability with a practical understanding of interior construction, furniture, joinery and fit-out delivery.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models for workplace and commercial interior projects.
Produce technical drawing packages from design development through to construction.
Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules and detailed construction information.
Develop furniture, joinery, partition, ceiling and interior detailing packages.

* Manage client expectations and provide clear technical communication throughout the project.
Mentoring & Team Development:
* Support and mentor junior designers and technical team members.
* Allocate resources, manage workloads, and promote consistent technical standards.
Quality, Risk & Compliance:
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and identify potential design risks.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Site & Construction Support:

About You:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
* 6+ years' experience in technical design and project delivery, ideally in design & build or multidisciplinary environments.
* Proficient in Revit, BIM coordination tools, AutoCAD, and related software.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, and material technologies.
* Experience in fast-track or design & build projects, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
