Job description

The role is to ensure all general administration duties have been completed supporting the Contract Manager in ensuring process compliance and technical competence within the FM function.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Raise Purchase orders for PPM's, reactive jobs and extra works
  • Log, dispatch and track reactive jobs
  • Schedule PPM's
  • Attend and minute monthly meeting
  • Uploading of compliance and other documentation.
  • Raising internal order numbers to ensure spent costs are captured and allocated accordingly.
  • Raise and log timesheets, sickness and team holidays
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties

Essential Requirements

  • Administration Experience
  • FM Knowledge (soft/hard services)
  • Communication skills
  • PC literate and experienced using MS office applications and Outlook
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Must have CAFM experience
