One of the largest, most successful maintenance providers is currently searching for a Project Manager to work on their TFL contract. The successful candidate will be somebody who has experience within a similar role in the past, be extremely customer focused, as well as collaborative, innovative and ambitious. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also absolutely essential.

Summary of Role:
Project Managers provide a supporting role to the Contract Manager and are accountable for specific projects.
Working closely with all stake holders on developing workflow processes and procedures to enable effective management of the project. They establish and maintain specific Project Programmes, effectively manage the process and are responsible for producing written communications for both internal & external audiences to include activity progress/planning. Project manager will establish remedial works programme, liaises with client and ensures corrective actions are taking place and provides continual communications on progress to all stake holders.
The role of the Surveying Project Manager is to manage all elements of the TFL Commercial Development Total Facilities Management specification deliverable, specifically Property Condition Surveying (PCS) assigned to them in a professional and safe manner. This will involve management of service providers. A good understanding of the TFL Commercial Development KPIs and SLAs will underpin delivering an excellent level of service to our client and their stakeholders

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Identify Asset capture project critical success factors, translates and communicates to the team as project milestones.
* Determines surveying project set-up and clearly communicates all roles and responsibilities. This may be via a project organogram.
* Establish and maintain Property Condition Survey programme with knowledge of critical path, float and risk and opportunity.
* Sets up a surveying programme change control process that takes full account of the contract requirements and communicates across team, including early warning notifications.
* Liaises with TfL team stake holders to ensure processes for asset capture are agreed and implemented
* On- going reviewing, reporting and risk profiling the findings of each survey, including weekly meetings
* Acts as a point of contact for tenant engagement and escalation
* Adopt contract the document control system to optimise distribution of information.
* Support setup and integration of KyKloud and supporting digital tools into the contract CAFM Management Information System
* Works closely with client and Arcadis to establish property survey report format and survey manual, ensuring this is in line with client's requirements
* Works with TFL teams to gain site specific documentation and knowledge. Promotes and actively participates in knowledge share events.
* Ensures Arcadis documentation related to asset capture are thoroughly reviewed, ensuring alignment to the TfL specification
* Liaise with client and supplier/subcontractor to develop necessary workflows for the asset capture
* Works closely with TfL's team and subcontractor to make arrangements for the site visits
* Maintains remedial works programme, supporting the Technical Manager
* Support Technical Manager in developing maintenance regimes on completion of asset surveys

Professional Membership: RICS (Chartered Surveyor) desired
Relevant Experience:

Asset capture on large scale experience;
Leading asset capture programmes;
Ability to work with client to agree enablement action for the asset capture
