Location: Surrey (Office-Based - 5 Days per Week, with Site Visits)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services consultancy for an experienced Revit Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of projects while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll produce and coordinate high-quality MEP Revit models and drawings, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll also attend site visits and surveys to support project delivery.

A well-established building services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Technician to join its London team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience using Autodesk Revit within an MEP environment and a solid understanding of BIM methodologies. Proven experience independently managing planning and scheduling activities on major capital projects. Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated environments is preferred. Strong practical experience with Microsoft Project, with Primavera P6 expertise highly desirable. Sound understanding of WBS-based planning, scheduling logic, progress measurement, and project reporting. Experience managing complex project structures involving multiple stakeholders and contractors. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels. Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
