Experienced Project Architect for Design focused practice (mixed use and housing projects)
Salary £46,000 - £55,000
London - Permanent, Full Time

An award winning practice is looking for a Senior Architect with at least 6 years of in practice experience to join their talented team. The practice specialises in design focused mixed use and housing projects, delivering innovative and high quality projects in the UK, predominately in Greater London market.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing complex mixed use and housing projects from concept to completion, often including working with listed buildings and liasing with local councils.
Collaborating closely with the design team to develop creative and practical solutions
Utilise strong Revit skills to ensure within the team high detailed designs and technical drawings are produced
Ensure project delivery meets the highest design standards while complying with UK building regulations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases.

Must Haves:
A minimum 6 years experience working in practice on UK mixed use and residential sector
Strong proficiency in Revit, with an ability to still produce both design and technical work - although day to day you would not be required to do this, but to oversea and check others work
A strong design sensibility, with experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor project teams
A pro-active and detail-oriented approach to problem solving

ARB Project Architect - High-Risk Housing Projects
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum


A friendly, collaborative architectural practice in Central London is looking for a Project Architect to join their team. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of design on high-risk housing projects while working closely with a small, supportive team. This is ideal for an Architect who enjoys variety, hands-on design, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and development for housing projects, ensuring high-quality, practical solutions.
Manage Revit models and produce construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication.
Maintain compliance with ARB standards, building regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Contribute to a collaborative, positive working environment and support the growth of the practice.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years post-qualification ARB experience working on UK projects
ARB registered (mandatory).
Excellent Revit skills.
Experience on housing or residential projects is desirable.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
