£30,000-£35,000 DOE | Permanent | 5 days a week office-based

An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, primarily within existing buildings.

This role would suit a Part II who is keen to develop their technical experience, enjoys working collaboratively and wants to gain valuable exposure across projects from concept through to completion.

Part II Architectural Assistant with UK experienceStrong Revit skillsExperience or a genuine interest in the healthcare sectorSome existing knowledge of UK Building RegulationsStrong technical drawing and detailing skillsExperience or exposure to refurbishments and/or fit-outsIdeally some experience across RIBA Stages 4-5Good communication and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approachConfidence working as part of a team and developing greater independenceThis is a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire, offering £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience, and with great room for progression and support to do your part III if that is what you want.

Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Recently Qualified Architect for small design practice
Central London - Permanent position
£32,000 - £40,000

A small design focused central London architectural studio is looking for a skilled part ii, or just recently qualified Architect to join their growing design team. Specialising in design focused quality UK residential, retrofits and mixed-use projects, the practice emphasises thoughtful design, materiality, and context. This is a key role to strengthen project delivery as the practice expands.

Role Overview:

Work on day-to-day project management under senior guidance

Support on projects across RIBA Stages 0-4

Produce high-quality design, planning, and construction documentation

Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients/contractors

Assist projects to be delivered on time and to a high standard



About You:

Part II Architectural Assistant with 2-3 years post-part iii qualification, or recently qualified ARB Architect

Experience in a design-focused architectural studio

Strong technical knowledge and construction understanding

Design literate, with a portfolio showcasing well-resolved, thoughtful work

Comfortable working independently and within a small collaborative team

Clear communicator with clients, consultants, and contractors


Software & BIM:

Proficient in Revit and Sketchup (required), with experience in 3D rendering tools a bonus - the company uses V-ray, but could be Enscape or Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
