The Role

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key leadership role within the business, leading multidisciplinary project teams while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and design teams. Youll take ownership of project delivery, resource management, team development, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services EngineeringChartered status (or working towards) through CIBSE, IMechE or equivalentStrong Building Services consultancy backgroundExperience leading projects and managing client relationshipsProven ability to mentor and develop engineering teamsStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance, and sustainable design principlesExperience with software such as IES, Revit and AutoCAD is advantageous

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary design teams.

You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and play an active role in developing the London mechanical team.
