CMMS Data & BIM Asset Coordinator

Location: London (Hybrid) - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Salary: £40,000-£70,000 DOE

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading engineering consultancy seeking a CMMS Data & BIM Asset Coordinator to support the delivery of major building and infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in BIM, asset data management, COBie, CMMS, and digital handover who enjoys working with technical data and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll be doingManage and validate BIM asset data for CMMS and digital handover.Review Revit models and coordinate asset information.Prepare asset registers, COBie data, and CMMS import files.Work closely with BIM, engineering, commissioning, and facilities management teams.Ensure asset information is accurate, complete, and ready for client handover.What we're looking forExperience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.Knowledge of CMMS, COBie, ISO 19650, and asset information management.Strong Excel and data management skills.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Around 5+ years' BIM or digital engineering experience.What's on offer£40,000-£70,000 salary (depending on experience).Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays.A diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across multiple sectors.Excellent career progression and development opportunities within a global consultancy.
