An established and well-respected Building Services consultancy is seeking a Revit MEP Technician to join its growing team in their London Office. With a strong track record delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical designs across a wide range of sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The business works across diverse projects including commercial, historic buildings, education, and residential developments - ranging from bespoke schemes through to large-scale, multi-million-pound projects across the UK.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role within the BIM team, supporting the delivery of coordinated MEP designs through the production of high-quality models. Reporting into the BIM Manager, you will work closely with engineers and wider project teams to ensure designs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

CAD / Revit Duties
* Produce BIM models for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, public health, fire alarm, and containment
* Develop models and drawings from engineering sketches and specifications
* Manage drawing revisions and ensure all documentation is kept up to date
* Review and check work for accuracy and completeness prior to senior review
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and coordinate design information
* Support project delivery to agreed timescales and budgets
* Ensure all outputs align with internal BIM standards, protocols, and CDE requirements
* Attend project meetings and BIM coordination workshops where required

BIM Coordination
* Take ownership of BIM deliverables on allocated projects
* Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project protocols across all models


About You
* Minimum 3+ years' experience using Revit within the building services sector
* Background within an M&E consultancy or contractor environment (or similar)
* Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
* Good understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadline

Working with Stakeholders, General Contractors, Commissioning Agents and Architect/Engineering Consultants. The role will be to lead, coordinate, track and drive all these parties activities to deliver a well-managed and successful conclusion to the Commissioning Process.

Scope of role:

Design
* Review the design at key stages and make comment in connection with its suitability for commissioning
* Attend design page turns at key stages
* Review the specification commissioning clauses and support in their drafting.

Procurement
* Review Tender Documents and Trade Packages prior to issue to ensure the scope of services/works being tendered are suitable to support the project's commissioning requirements.
* Review Fee Proposal and Trade Contractor's Tender Returns prior to appointment to ensure the offers are compliant and satisfactorily supports the project's commissioning requirements.

Meetings
* Attend Quality Kick Off Meeting
* Provide Leadership support for the site Quality Induction and observe/audit the delivery to ensure it is in alignment with client Requirements
* Attend daily startup meetings and chair daily/weekly commissioning meetings
* Attend the weekly Quality Meeting
* progress meeting to report out on Commissioning Status.
* As required, attend site MEP coordination meetings, pull planning meeting, first of kind meetings, preparatory meetings, design review meetings and any other project coordinator level meetings

Reporting
* Generate a commissioning Dashboard that captures stats and data, metric assessment and other Quality/Commissioning weekly reports and significant quality/commissioning events.
* Provide data in connection with commission progress for the Monthly DC Stat Report
* Help transfer lessons learned information from site team to site team

Qualifications & Experience:

* An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
* Ability to manage technical disciplines.
* Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyper scale builds, would be advantageous
* Ability to commit to some international travel

We are partnering with a leading data centre and mission-critical construction business to appoint experienced Electrical Package Managers for a hyperscale data centre programme

This is a key delivery role responsible for managing the successful execution of major electrical packages on a large-scale technical construction project. Working within an established project team, the successful candidate will take ownership of package delivery, ensuring programme milestones, subcontractor performance, quality standards and project objectives are achieved.

The position offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant data centre developments, working alongside experienced construction, engineering, commercial and commissioning professionals within a highly collaborative project environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of designated electrical packages from installation through to completion and handover.
* Coordinate specialist subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
* Drive package performance against key programme milestones and delivery objectives.
* Monitor subcontractor progress, resource levels and site activities across multiple work fronts.
* Coordinate closely with project management, planning, engineering and commissioning teams to support successful package delivery.
* Review technical information, construction documentation and design deliverables to ensure effective coordination and buildability.
* Manage technical queries, design interfaces and site coordination issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Support commercial activities including change management, variations and package reporting.
* Lead package coordination meetings and contribute to wider project planning and progress reviews.
* Promote high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all package activities.
* Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover processes.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience operating as an Electrical Package Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Project Engineer or similar delivery-focused position.
* Strong background delivering electrical packages on major construction projects.
* Proven experience managing specialist subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery and package management.
* Ability to manage technical, operational and commercial aspects of project delivery.
* Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies and project delivery processes.
* Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other technically demanding construction sectors would be highly advantageous.
