Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their London team.
The RoleAs Design Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, leading the technical design process from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with clients, consultants, pre-construction teams, commercial teams, and construction delivery teams, you will ensure that designs are coordinated, compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with programme and budget requirements.

The Role
You will take ownership of the design process, ensuring all packages are coordinated, compliant and delivered in line with programme requirements.
Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain Partners, you will drive design coordination, manage technical information and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery on site.
Key Responsibilities

The Opportunity
