 Salary: Up to £70,000 
 
 Overview 
 
 Titan are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on drylining and associated trades projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach, strong commercial acumen, and experience managing subcontractor packages in a fast-paced construction environment. 
 
 Key Responsibilities 
 
 Manage subcontractor packages for drylining and associated trades, including cost control, procurement, and contract administration. 
 
 Prepare and review tender documentation, valuations, and variations. 
 
 Track project costs, produce reports, and ensure accurate forecasting. 
 
 Liaise with site teams, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues. 
 
 Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations and industry standards. 
 
 Support commercial team in client and stakeholder communication. 
 
 Requirements 
 
 Proven QS experience within construction, ideally with drylining, partitioning, or fit-out projects. 
 
 Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and cost control. 
 
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
 
 Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously. 
 
 Relevant QS qualifications (RICS or equivalent) preferred.
