We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a series of fast-track retail fit out projects across the UK. If you're highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail-especially with joinery and interior finishes-we want to hear from you.

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Coordinate trades, materials, and sub-contractors

Oversee health and safety compliance on site

Liaise with clients, project managers, and head office

Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail or fast-track fit out projects

Strong joinery background highly desirable

Able to read and interpret drawings and schedules

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Willing to work flexible hours and travel to different sites as required

Competitive £250/day rate

Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Office Fit-Out (Design & Build, 25-Week Project)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality office fit-out project under a Design & Build contract. The role is site-based and will run for a 25-week programme, with a clear schedule and defined phases.

Project Scope:

7 weeks: Soft & structural strip-out

1 week: Site clearing and preparation

17 weeks: Full office fit-out including M&E, partitions, finishes, and furniture install

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs to time, budget, and quality

Lead subcontractor coordination and daily site management

Enforce site health & safety in line with company and legal standards

Liaise with project management, design teams, and client representatives

Report on progress and manage site documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Cat A / Cat B office fit-outs

Strong knowledge of D&B processes and office build standards

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential or preferred)

Excellent communication and leadership skills
