Freelance BIM Modeler / Revit Technician (MEP)
Remote | South Africa | Contract/Freelance

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance BIM Modeller / Revit Technician, with a strong background in Building Services (MEP), to support a growing portfolio of UK-based projects. Working remotely from South Africa, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
-Produce and develop detailed MEP models using Revit.
-Create coordinated BIM models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
-Assist with clash detection and model coordination across disciplines.
-Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
-Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
-Maintain model accuracy and quality throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements
-Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeller or Revit Technician within Building Services.
-Strong proficiency in Revit MEP.
-Experience working on UK building services projects is highly advantageous.
-Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
