We're working with a boutique Building Services consultancy of seven experienced Engineers, celebrated for their craftsmanship and precision in delivering luxury, design-led residential projects across London and the Home Counties.

Following continued success, the Director is now looking for a proactive and client-facing Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. You'll play a key part in shaping the business and delivering exceptional projects - with a clear route to senior level and, for the right person, future partnership.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and delivering high-quality mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, and energy solutions) for bespoke residential developments.
Acting as a trusted client representative, providing confident communication and professional project leadership.
Collaborating closely with electrical engineers, architects, and design teams to deliver fully coordinated, high-performance solutions.
Managing projects from concept design through to detailed delivery and completion.
Contributing to the firm's growth by maintaining strong client relationships and driving excellence in every project.
What You'll Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-5 years' experience in a building services consultancy environment.
Proven background working on high-end residential or bespoke projects.
Strong technical expertise and ability to work independently when needed.
Confident, proactive communicator who enjoys engaging directly with clients.
Ambition to progress within a small, dynamic consultancy and help steer its future direction.

What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and delivering high-quality mechanical building services systems for luxury residential projects (e.g., HVAC, MEP coordination, plumbing, energy systems).
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, representing the company with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborating closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other design teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.
Managing projects from concept through to detailed design and completion.
Helping drive business growth through relationship-building and consistent delivery excellence.
What They're Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
Around 4 years' experience in mechanical building services (consultancy background preferred).
Proven experience in high-end residential or similarly bespoke projects.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently.
A proactive, confident communicator who enjoys being client-facing and building lasting relationships.
