💼 The RoleYou'll take a leading role in the commercial management of M&E projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and maximise profitability.
Full commercial responsibility across multiple projectsManaging subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accountsPreparing valuations, variations, and final accountsMonitoring financial performance and reporting on project progressIdentifying opportunities to drive value and reduce costManaging contract administration (NEC/JCT)🎯 What We're Looking ForWe want to hear from motivated, commercially astute individuals who are ready to step up and add value:
