As a REVIT BIM Coordinator with a strong M&E background, you will drive the integration of BIM models for live MEP projects in a central London setting working on major hyper scale and co location data centre projects . You'll bring together models using Revit and Navisworks, perform clash detection, and ensure adherence to BIM standards and project requirements. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain plan quality. This ongoing contract offers long-term involvement in a busy project team with a clear impact on site delivery and coordination.

Duties
* Coordinate BIM models for MEP services across live projects
* Manage and federate models using Revit and Navisworks
* Conduct clash detection and resolve issues with design and site teams
* Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met
* Liaise with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

Experience
* Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally within M&E
* Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks experience
* Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment
* Available to work in the office two days per week

We are working with a thriving London office of an Global MEP Consulting engineers.

They are looking for two experienced MEP Revit technician to join them on an on going contract based in their Central London offices

This is an on-going requirement and note not available on a remote basis - it will be three days in office two from home

Candidates should have three years plus specific REVIT MEP experience

The project is an exciting middle east major mixed use development
