Proven experience in an MEP BIM Lead, BIM Manager or senior BIM coordination role.

Strong background in mechanical and electrical building services.

Experience working on data centre projects or other complex, mission-critical developments.

Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Experience managing BIM coordination across multiple projects.

A good understanding of MEP installation, construction sequencing and services coordination.

Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, clash detection, model federation and information management.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between design, project management and site teams.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

What's on Offer?

Salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience.

London office near Liverpool Street.

Hybrid working arrangement: four days in the office and one day working remotely.

Responsibility for BIM delivery across multiple data centre projects.

The opportunity to work on technically complex, large-scale developments.

A key leadership position within an established building services contracting business.
