An established building services consultancy based in the City of London is looking to appoint a talented MEP Revit Technician to join its growing BIM team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hands-on 3D modelling who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be involved in the delivery of technically challenging projects across a variety of sectors. You'll work closely with engineers and BIM professionals to develop coordinated MEP models from concept through to construction.
The RoleAs a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of BIM models, including:
Producing hands-on MEP modelling using Autodesk Revit.Creating accurate 3D models and detailed drawings throughout all project stages.Developing and maintaining coordinated BIM models in line with project and industry standards.Working closely with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineers to ensure seamless coordination.Participating in clash detection and model coordination to resolve design issues.Supporting project delivery by producing high-quality, accurate models within programme deadlines.Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have:
