We're Hiring: BIM Technician | London | Hybrid Working
Im currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy in London that is looking to expand its BIM team with the addition of a BIM Technician.
Youll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of MEP projects across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
BIM Technician
London | Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity for a BIM Technician looking to develop their career on a wide range of high-profile MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Produce and coordinate detailed BIM models using Revit.
✔ Work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate project information.
✔ Support model coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation.
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What Were Looking For:
✅ 2+ years UK BIM experience within the MEP/building services sector.
✅ Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of BIM methodologies.
✅ Navisworks experience is advantageous.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between office and remote working. The successful candidate will support the delivery of coordinated building services designs using BIM processes across a variety of projects.
