You'll work directly with clients, helping transform ideas into engaging office environments that enhance employee experience and support business performance.

The RoleProducing workplace design concepts and space planning solutionsDeveloping client briefs and understanding workplace requirementsCreating mood boards, presentations and design narrativesProducing test fits and feasibility studiesPreparing detailed drawing packagesUndertaking site surveys and client meetingsCollaborating with project managers and construction teamsAssisting in the delivery of projects from concept through to completionPresenting design proposals to clientsKeeping up to date with workplace design trends, sustainability initiatives and emerging technologiesAbout YouExperience within commercial office design, workplace interiors or D&B fit-outProficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong space planning skillsAbility to produce client-facing presentationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPassion for creating engaging workplacesAmbitious, enthusiastic and eager to develop professionallyDesirableRevit experienceSketchUp experienceExperience working within a design & build environmentKnowledge of workplace consultancy principlesWhat's on Offer?£45,000 - £55,000 basic salaryOpportunity to work directly with clientsVaried and exciting workplace projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentCareer progression opportunitiesExposure to the full project lifecycle from concept through completion
