An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects.
This role would suit a Part II Architectural Assistant with previous UK experience who is confident working within a team, has a strong technical focus, and is keen to develop their experience across technically complex projects from concept through to construction.
What They Are Looking For:
Part II qualified with 1 year minimum UK architectural experience
Previous experience working on healthcare projects is highly desirable
Strong Revit skills and experience
Experience working across RIBA Stages 4-5
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience with refurbishment, fit-out and/or work within existing buildings
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
Experience assisting with technical coordination and construction information
A genuine interest in developing a career within the healthcare sector
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and gain valuable exposure to projects from design development through to construction.

This role would suit a Part II who is keen to develop their technical experience, enjoys working collaboratively and wants to gain valuable exposure across projects from concept through to completion.
