The client were assisting is seeking a Project Architect with strong design and construction skills and an interest in sustainable design.

The role involves leading projects across design and delivery stages, including residential developments, mixed-use masterplans, place-shaping schemes, sustainability guidance and design codes. The successful candidate will also support bids, design teams, research and development, exhibitions and industry events.


Opportunities to contribute to the clients future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design concepts and research across RIBA Stages 1-3.
Prepare planning applications and Design and Access Statements.
Lead design, coordination and delivery across RIBA Stages 4-6.
Prepare low-carbon construction details and undertake Contract Administration duties.
Contribute to design codes, R&D and project standards.

Essential Experience
ARB-registered Architect.
5+ years UK experience post-Part 3.
Experience across RIBA Stages 0-7, including new-build and retrofit housing.
Minimum 3 years on-site experience.
Strong technical design and job-running experience.
Experience leading projects from inception to completion.
Strong technical and construction knowledge.

Skills and Qualities
Strong client-facing and consultant leadership skills.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, or other BIM software such as Revit, MicroStation or Vectorworks.



Hybrid working, with three days per week in the London office.

The Role

About You

This position requires a fully qualified ARB Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in residential development, including both new-build and retrofit schemes, alongside a strong understanding of UK planning, procurement, and construction processes.

A solid working knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work is essential, as is demonstrable experience leading projects across all stages independently.
