THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proposal and bid designer to create high-quality presentations, tender documents and proposal materials for international workplace design opportunities.

You will work with designers, business development teams and senior stakeholders to transform written content, project information and creative ideas into clear, persuasive and visually engaging submissions.

This position requires excellent graphic design, document layout and visual storytelling skills, together with the ability to deliver accurate work against fixed deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design high-quality proposals, credentials documents and tender submissions.
Produce visually compelling pitch decks and client presentations.
Translate complex written, commercial and technical information into clear visual communication.
Develop document structures, page layouts, infographics and project case studies.
Maintain consistency across typography, imagery, graphics and brand presentation.
Coordinate input from design, technical, commercial and business development teams.
Manage content updates, version control and final document production.
Review documents for visual quality, accuracy and consistency.
Source, edit and format imagery for presentations and submissions.
Create reusable templates and improve proposal production processes.
Support the production of materials for interviews, workshops and competitive pitches.
Manage several deadlines within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Professional experience in graphic design, proposal design, bid design or presentation design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint.
Excellent typography, document layout and information-design skills.
Experience producing long-form documents and professional presentation materials.
Ability to interpret a brief and establish a clear visual hierarchy.
Ability to work accurately and calmly under tight deadlines.
Strong organisational, file-management and version-control skills.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Portfolio demonstrating professional presentation, document or proposal design.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE

Experience within architecture, interior design, property, construction or the wider built environment.
Experience preparing formal tenders or competitive submissions.
Understanding of workplace or commercial interior projects.
Experience supporting bids for UK or European clients.
Motion graphics, video-editing or animation capability.
French or Dutch language capability.
