About the Opportunity

A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join its Building Services (MEP) team in Bristol. The business delivers engineering, environmental, and planning solutions across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.

The team works on a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, residential, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.

The Role

This position will play a key role in the production and coordination of high-quality Revit models and technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, supporting projects from concept design through to project delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure designs are accurately modelled, coordinated, and compliant with relevant industry standards, while also supporting BIM best practice and mentoring junior technicians.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and coordinate detailed Revit MEP models and drawings for building services systemsModel mechanical, electrical, and public health services including HVAC, pipework, containment, and plant layoutsWork collaboratively with engineers to translate design intent into accurate, buildable modelsCoordinate models with other disciplines and resolve clashes using BIM toolsMaintain and apply BIM standards, templates, and workflowsReview and check drawings and models to ensure accuracy and qualitySupport and mentor junior technicians within the teamAssist with project coordination meetings and model reviewsAbout YouProven experience as a Revit Technician within a Building Services / MEP environmentStrong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCADExperience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, industrial, or defenceGood understanding of building services systems and construction methodologiesFamiliarity with BIM Level 2 standards and collaborative working practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlinesEffective communicator with a collaborative and proactive approachDesirable ExperienceExperience using Navisworks or similar coordination softwareKnowledge of ISO 19650 standardsExperience working on secure or defence-related projects, or eligibility for security clearanceWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annumOpportunity to join a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancyComprehensive benefits packageStrong long-term career development opportunitiesGenerous annual leave entitlement plus bank holidaysExcellent training and professional development supportMentoring from experienced industry professionalsExposure to exciting and varied projects across multiple sectorsClear and achievable career progression opportunities for high performers
