This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced commercial leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management while supporting high-profile construction projects across the capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with cost reporting, valuations, and forecastingSupport subcontractor procurement and account managementHelp manage variations and commercial documentationMaintain project financial records and reportsWork closely with operational teams on live construction projectsRequirements:
Degree, HNC/HND, or studying towards a Quantity Surveying qualificationStrong numerical, organisational, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applicationsKeen to develop a long-term career within construction and commercial managementPrevious construction industry experience is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer:
