We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a unique project within an operational manufacturing warehouse in Kettering. The role involves supervising the construction of a panelled composite 2-hour fire-rated wall, installation of structural steelwork, and some electrical and fire alarm works.
Health & Safety is a critical factor as the project is in a live operational environment. The Site Foreman will manage the site workforce, ensuring safe and efficient delivery while coordinating closely with the warehouse production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities within a live manufacturing environment
Oversee installation of fire-rated walls, structural steel, and associated electrical/fire alarm works
Ensure strict Health & Safety compliance at all times
Attend regular progress meetings with the Production Manager
Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and tradespeople to maintain smooth workflow
Maintain accurate site records and report progress to the Site Manager
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Foreman, ideally in live operational environments
Experience with structural steelwork, fire-rated partitions, and electrical/fire alarm works
