Challenge Faced by the Company
Our client appointed Eden Brown exclusively to identify a Regional Director for its Infrastructure division. The role demanded a proven senior leader with the commercial acumen to drive regional growth, manage P&L performance and build high-performing teams in a competitive infrastructure consultancy market.
Our Solution
Working closely with senior stakeholders, we developed a detailed search strategy focused on attracting leadership talent from Tier 1 global consultancies. Drawing upon over 15 years of infrastructure recruitment experience and an extensive industry network, we conducted a targeted market mapping and engagement campaign.
Our consultative approach enabled us to access passive candidates and effectively communicate the company's growth plans and long-term career opportunities.
The Outcome
Within two months, we delivered a targeted shortlist of five senior infrastructure leaders. Two candidates progressed to the interview stage, with one candidate advancing to the final stage and accepting an offer.
A significant achievement was negotiating the successful reduction of the candidate's notice period from six months to three months, enabling an earlier start date and minimising business disruption.
Key Results
- Exclusive search completed within 2 months
- Shortlist of 5 senior leaders presented
- 2 candidates interviewed
- 1 successful placement
- Reduced notice period from 6 months to 3 months
- Secured a key strategic hire for the company's growth plans
