Remote-working contract position to support an architectural studio as it delivers on a range of tenancy fit-outs for shopping malls.
Our client is embarking on a large program of tenancy fit-out packages for high-end shopping malls. They are looking for an architectural technologist / assistant to join the team as they work through amendments, redlining and also some standard associated detailing. This is being done in autocad so they are aiming to hire someone used to this kind of work (preferably, but not necessarily, on retail projects). A high-level of technical accuracy in autocad is the key skill as well as previous experience of working to UK regulations.

What You'll Do:
Provide BIM support to project teams, collaborating closely with BIM leadership.
Set up, review, and manage project files ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Assist architects in producing accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.
Coordinate multidisciplinary drawing production and CAD/BIM workflows.
Bring proactive problem-solving and initiative to high-profile projects.
What We're Looking For:
Architectural background working as a Technician already, with experience in an architectural office.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit experience with Dynamo scripting and BIM360 is a plus.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology.
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

A central London-based architecture practice is seeking a talented architect to join its mid size team, to work across projects on technical delivery, from housing, mixed use schemes, to data centres. They are a fun and focused technical minded team, producing great projects from conception to completion, all working in Revit.
The Role
This role is ideal for an Architect with a proven track record in housing design and delivery. The successful candidate will be passionate about tackling housing and urban challenges and rethinking how sustainable and well thought homes are designed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong technical mind and a problem-solving mindset
* A portfolio showcasing lots of UK projects, with a focus on stage 4 and 5
* Excellent communication abilities
* A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative
* Proficiency in Revit, with a good couple of years using in practice
* An out-of-the-box thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for architecture
* Must be ARB accredited for this position and have right to work in the UK
* Be available to start within a month, and this will be a 6 or 9 month fixed term contract, under PAYE

The Role
You'll split your time between:
* Data analytics - analysing over 40,000 data points to shape net-zero strategies and reporting
* Net Zero Carbon Audits - evaluating asset-level performance and identifying pathways to reduce carbon emissions
You'll be part of a collaborative team working on projects that deliver real-world impact across real estate, development, and investment.
About You
* Degree in engineering or architecture (essential)
