This is a hands-on role for an Architect who enjoys being close to the delivery of a project and is confident working with contractors, consultants and design teams to ensure the quality and detail of the original design vision is maintained through construction.

You'll be required to be on site one day per week, with the remainder of your working week operating on a hybrid basis.

About the role

You'll be working closely with the wider architectural and interiors team, supporting the successful delivery of some truly beautiful residential projects.

* Helping to resolve technical queries and site issues
* Monitoring quality, finishes and design intent
* Attending site meetings and coordinating with the wider project team
* Supporting snagging and project close-out
* Ensuring the high standards expected across each project are consistently maintained

About you

I am looking for a qualified Architect or experienced Technical Architect with solid technical and extensive construction experience, ideally gained within high-end residential or hospitality projects in the UK.

You'll be confident on site, comfortable speaking with contractors and consultants, and have a strong eye for detail. Just as importantly, you'll have a genuine appreciation for beautifully designed, highly crafted spaces and understand the level of care required to deliver them.

Experience working on high-value London residential projects would be particularly advantageous.

The details
- 6-month contract, with potential to extend
- To interview and start ASAP
- Location: London
- Working pattern: Hybrid, with 1 day per week on site, 1 day wfh and rest in West London office.
