Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect or Interior Designer to join a highly regarded luxury architecture and interiors practice, working across a portfolio of exceptional high-end residential projects in London.

This is a hands-on role for an Architect or Designer who enjoys being close to the delivery of a project and is confident working with contractors, consultants and design teams to ensure the quality and detail of the original design vision is maintained through construction. The position will be supporting the Lead Architect with site RFI's on high end residential projects in London.

You'll be required to be on site one day per week, with the remainder of your working week operating on a hybrid basis, three days in office, one day wfh.

The role will include:

* Regular site visits and monitoring of progress
* Liaising with contractors, consultants and suppliers
* Reviewing technical drawings, details and construction information
* Helping to resolve technical queries and site issues
* Monitoring quality, finishes and design intent
* Attending site meetings and coordinating with the wider project team
* Supporting snagging and project close-out
* Ensuring the high standards expected across each project are consistently maintained


Experience working on high-value London residential projects would be particularly advantageous. And strong proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
