Our client is renowned for creating spaces and buildings that blend cutting-edge design within large-scale, public realm schemes. They are looking to hire 2 qualified architects, experienced in working at stages 0-5 who want to help design their next generation of projects.
This is a rare chance to work at the front-end of design on some cool and big-budget commissions, and also to carry on contributing to see them get built. The studio provides a fantastic studio environment, hybrid work set up and the chance to grow your career in a well-managed culture. You'll play a key role in the technical development and delivery of complex buildings - from detailed design through to construction - working as part of a knowledgeable and ambitious team.
Key skills and experience:
4-5 years post-qualification experience in the UK
Proven track record working on industrial, data centre, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
Excellent Revit and BIM capability (essential)
Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing
Confident producing comprehensive technical packages for RIBA Stages 3-5
Comfortable liaising with consultants, clients, and site teams

ARB registration and 3 years plus post-Part III UK experience

Requirements:
Degree or recognised qualification in Architectural Technology, solely Architecture will not be right for this position
6 years or more professional experience in an architectural practice, ideally on commercial or large-scale projects
Advanced Revit skills are essential, proficiency in AutoCAD is also required
Strong eye for detail and a structured, problem-solving approach to tasks
Confident communicator with good organisational and time management skills
